Spanish dance

Intermediate-level, specialised studies in dance (in the post-compulsory secondary school programme) are structured into three cycles, each lasting two academic years and entitle students completing the programme to a professional degree in the following specialisations:

• Classical Dance
• Contemporary Dance
• Spanish Dance

The Spanish Dance Programme is primarily aimed at teaching the foundations of Spanish Dance, including traditional dances and character dances, the bolero school, flamenco and folklore, as well as working on techniques of body training, anatomy as applied to dance, and so on.
